Meet the chef

I have been in the kitchen since I can remember.  I started in California with my hispanic mother and family teaching me the importance of health and balance in their traditional cooking.  Once we moved to Tennessee in the 1980s, my mother and I learned from my father’s mom (my grandmother) how to cook traditional American favorites while being sought after for our Mexican favorites. 


Over time, we’ve made friends with other ethnic families and learned the magic of fusing different cooking styles including Asian, Italian and German. 


In my adult life I traveled the globe as a business woman sampling foods in the countries where they were created.  One of my most treasured experiences includes culinary training in Thailand. 


Since 2009 I’ve been helping families create their own wonderful memories serving them as a personal chef.  I’d love to help you create your own and enjoy delicious, nutritious and convenient food at home.
